Please note your order is not confirmed until you have received notification from us. All orders require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Terms and Conditions

24 hours notice must be given for all catering orders unless discussed and agreed with the owner. -03 477 7408

50% deposit is required for all catering orders over $1,000, payable at the time of ordering.

We charge minimum $15 delivery fee for all orders.

Packaging box $3/per box

Catering accounts must be paid within 7 days of issue.

Catering platters owned by Ward St Depot must be returned or agreed to be collected after catering deliveries.

Notice of 24 hours is required to cancel any catering order over $200 otherwise a fee of 25% of the total order will be charged to cover the food costs incurred by Ward St Depot.

All orders will not be confirmed unless you receive a confirmation email or phone call from Ward St Depot.
